Holding Fee
On booking a holding fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required to secure your hold on the accommodation and must be paid within 14 days of the booking being placed.

Refunds & Cancellations
A refund for a cancellation of a holding fee or accommodation paid will be given only if the accommodation is re-booked and occupied for the entire cancelled period without any break in the occupancy. Administration fee shall be charged for any cancellation. No refund of deposit for Xmas bookings cancelled inside 28days.

Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to the departure date refunds shall not be given.
