Holding Fee
On booking a holding fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required to secure your hold on the accommodation and must be paid within 14 days of the booking being placed.
Easter & Xmas Bookings All bookings to be secured by a deposit of 30% of the total booking or booking lapses after 14 days.No refunds for cancellations of these holidays.
Refunds & Cancellations Cancellations at least 4 weeks prior to booking date must be in writing, and refunds will be charged a $50 admin fee.
Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to the departure date refunds shall not be given. No Deposit Refund for Easter and Xmas Bookings !! |
